for all orders placed from December 1st to 31st 2012
- All orders placed during the month of December have a 45
day return policy and all restocking fees are wavied.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
A full refund will be provided to the customer minus shipping
charges.
Regular return policy:
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping &
handling and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Restocking fee is waived if you exchange for another item of equal or greater value.
- Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA).
- Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the
customer, no exceptions.
- Items must be in the same condition as when they were
shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.
If
you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by
sending an RMA request through email. You will be issued an RMA number
and instructions on how to send your order back to us.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us right away and a
replacement will be sent out for the damaged item.
